How one led to the next

Moscow Traffic Management Center (TsODD)
Senior specialist, situation center
The room that watches Moscow's roads live: accidents, jams, traffic lights, cameras, buses. I pulled information from many sources, checked it, wrote situation reports for management and escalated what couldn't wait. You learn to decide in minutes with half the information.

2018

Sofeli
IT recruiter, part-time
Three months recruiting developers, QA engineers and analysts for client companies, from the first call to the offer. That's where I learned to read a person in a 40-minute interview.

Otkritie
Deputy branch head, financial advisor
I started in banking operations and worked my way up to deputy head of a branch. Then a year at Otkritie Broker, working with private investors. What stuck: in a bank, every unwritten rule ends up costing someone money.

ASMO2012
Arbitration Court of the Moscow Region
Records specialist
My first job. I kept court case files in order: registering documents, preparing materials for judges and the archive, handling confidential records. That's where I got used to every paper having its own status and its own place.

I don't write the code or run the ads. In operations I have a mandate from the owners: if a process needs to change, we change it. How to do it in code, marketing and finance is up to the leads of those teams. I set the task, explain why, and sign off on the result together with them.
