About
One habit: I write the rules down
Seven jobs. I've worked in a court, a bank, a brokerage, recruiting, a city traffic control room, construction and now e-commerce. Different industries, same problem every time: things break where one person hands work to another, and nobody wrote down what “done” means.
That's the part I like fixing.
Delivery across New York and nationwide, perishables included

What carries over
The same problems in different industries
My industries changed; the job of running operations didn’t. Here is what I took from each one.
People and contractors
At Wiel Es, 150+ people and sites on large clients’ deadlines. At Gostockup, the warehouse, engineers and marketing, each with their own lead.
Rules and statuses
In court, every document has a status and a place. At the bank, an unwritten rule sooner or later costs someone money. At Gostockup that became order statuses.
Decisions on half the data
In the city’s traffic control room you decide in minutes with half the information. At Gostockup I model real orders before changing anything.
Money and risk
At Otkritie and BCS I worked through goals and risk tolerance with clients. At Gostockup I track reshipment losses and shipping economics.
Education: bachelor’s in Project Management, GPA 4.0 / 4.0.
